Stride, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Academic Administrator/Principal for Volunteer State Virtual Academy (VSVA). This remote role requires leadership in educational and administrative functions, and collaboration with teachers, students, and families to drive student success.

Preferred Tennessee residency and ability to travel 20% as needed; State License as a School Administrator is required to meet compliance and program standards.

Formación

• Master's degree in business, education or related field is required.
• Five years of educational experience are required.
• One year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local standards.
• Manages teaching and administrative staff and programs.
• Develops and oversees implementation of the Academic Improvement Plan.
