Stride, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Academic Administrator/Principal for Volunteer State Virtual Academy (VSVA). This role directs educational, administrative, and counseling activities, with strong emphasis on virtual instruction and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Travel may be required as part of statewide events and PDs. The candidate should have a Master's degree and at least five years of educational experience, including supervisory roles, and the ability to work in a remote

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business, education or related field
• Five years of educational experience
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Ability to clear required background check

Aufgaben

• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state and local standards through evaluation and coordination
• Research and implement non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards
• Manage teaching and administrative staff and programs
• Articulate the school's mission and vision to ensure stakeholder alignment in a virtual/remote environment
• Coordinate with teachers and enrollment regarding expulsions and withdrawals
• Develop and oversee implementation of the Academic Improvement Plan
