Job summary

Simulations Plus seeks a Principal Enterprise AI and Transformation Architect to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives, designing and implementing enterprise AI, automation, integration, and business system capabilities in a hands‑on role.

This position emphasizes architecture leadership, prototyping, production deployment, and governance, with strategic collaboration across operations and executive teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning business transformation, enterprise systems, solution architecture, intelligent automation, systems integration, AI enablement, or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, integrating, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, copilots, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented solutions, or generative AI applications.
• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating enterprise business systems and low-code platforms (ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate opportunity designs into technical solution architectures, prototypes, and implementation plans.
• Lead technical discovery and feasibility assessment for transformation initiatives, identifying options, constraints, risks, and integration requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, working prototypes, implementation plans, and production solutions.
• Own the delivery of selected initiatives through architecture, prototyping, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Design and build API-based and platform-based integrations across ERP, CRM, financial, project management, and AI systems.
• Develop lightweight reference patterns, design artifacts, and implementation standards from hands-on delivery.
• Provide executive-facing updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
