This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software deployment environments, concurrent audio-stream processing, and AI system performance.

Qualificações

• Experience with production-scale Agent Assist, Agent Guidance, Speech AI, or live transcription.
• Strong expertise in streaming ASR and low-latency architectures.
• Hands-on experience with real-time processing of multiple concurrent audio streams.
• Experience deploying software in managed enterprise desktop environments.
• Ability to provide executive-ready findings and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of real-time data pipelines and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, evaluate, and assess production-scale AI platforms.
• Analyze streaming ASR and real-time speech processing for latency and scalability.
• Evaluate multi-stream real-time processing systems.
• Review deployment in managed enterprise environments.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate findings into executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Present risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
