Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a senior AI Principal Architect to lead enterprise Conversational and Agentic AI initiatives. You will design and implement AI agents, build voice-enabled applications, and scale solutions with AWS Bedrock and foundation models.

You will guide PoCs to production, enforce security and governance, and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with significant AI/ML, Generative AI, or Conversational AI experience.
• Strong hands-on Python and AWS cloud architecture.
• Extensive experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with AWS Nova Sonic or real-time voice AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling, function calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud security, and production AI systems.
• Excellent architecture, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI agents using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
• Build conversational apps including voice assistants, chatbots, and virtual agents.
• Leverage AWS Bedrock and foundation models for scalable Generative AI.
• Implement RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool Calls, memory, and multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with AWS Nova Sonic for real-time voice AI use cases.
• Establish AI security, governance, observability, scalability, and performance standards.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mentor AI engineering teams.
• Guide AI solutions from PoCs to production deployment.
