Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Principal Architect for AI Security to define and lead the security architecture strategy for AI platforms, products, and infrastructure. You will shape security at the intersection of ML, cloud, and product delivery, guiding roadmap, mentoring senior engineers, and partnering with leadership to keep AI systems trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of information security experience.
• 5+ years in cloud or platform architecture.
• Hands-on in securing ML/AI systems (LLMs, pipelines, serving).
• Experience with AI-specific threats: adversarial ML, poisoning, prompt injection.
• Cloud security including IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, audit logging.
• Strong SSDLC knowledge and architectural decision-making in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end security architecture for AI/ML systems (training, inference, storage, APIs).
• Lead threat modeling for AI surfaces and secure-by-default reviews.
• Own the AI security roadmap aligned with product goals and compliance.
• Embed security controls across model lifecycle with ML engineers.
• Promote zero-trust, least-privilege, defense-in-depth across AI infra.
• Translate AI regulations (NIST RMF) into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, and compliance teams for policy conformance.
