Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Principal Consultant of AI Security to provide architect-level leadership for client programs securing enterprise AI across models, applications, agents, data, and pipelines. The role leads complex engagements and serves as a senior technical authority for AI security architecture.

The position is remote with 25-35% travel; the compensation ranges from $190,000 to $250,000 USD, depending on location and experience, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, data science, or related discipline or equivalent military/government experience.
• 10+ years building and managing cybersecurity strategies, programs, architectures, and controls.
• 3+ years securing production AI/ML systems across at least two areas (AI/ML security, data/pipeline security, etc).
• Hands-on experience designing and defending AI security architectures for the enterprise, including controls for agents and non-human identities.
• Knowledge of major AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001:2023, ISO 5338:2024, OWASP Top 10 for LLM/Agentic Apps).
• Customer-facing technology consulting or solutions architecture background.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as the subject matter expert across assessment, strategy, architecture, and design for AI security.
• Translate AI risk into business language for CISO/CIO/board audiences, framing security as an enabler.
• Own and evolve AI security offerings, authoring reference architectures, standards, and design patterns.
• Partner across security, data, digital consulting, and service delivery to scope and execute secure AI transformations.
• Develop POV on emerging AI security problems and feed into solution development.
• Support enablement, pre-sales, and GTM activities to scale AI security services.
