The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, alongside deep knowledge of AI threats and experience in security engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering or related field.
• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise security strategy.
• Experience working with AI/ML systems and security implications.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Thrivent's AI security strategy.
• Create enterprise strategy for defending against AI-enabled threats.
• Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI threat capabilities.

Skills

Expert-level knowledge of AI-driven threats

Deep knowledge of modern threats

Experience with threat modeling

Ability to influence technical stakeholders

Education
