Job summary

Optiv is seeking an experienced Principal AI Advisor to drive security strategy and engagement across clients leveraging AI technologies. You will partner with domain teams to design pragmatic, scalable security programs and ensure delivery excellence across Optiv’s AI portfolio.

The role requires deep AI security knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on aligning security outcomes to client business goals in a remote-capable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security, preferably consulting advisory/leadership roles
• Strong business and technical acumen for AI-focused security discussions
• Experience presenting to executives and clients on security topics
• Willingness to travel within US/Canada and internationally as needed
• Experience leading security programs or functions

Responsibilities

• Drive AI services and technologies pipeline to meet quarterly/annual quotas
• Maintain expert knowledge of client security environments and risks
• Identify AI-related security concerns and map to Optiv solutions
• Qualify, lead, and partner across teams to manage scope and proposals
• Participate in AI product, services, and advisement opportunities
• Articulate how Optiv AI portfolio meets client needs at executive level
• Stay updated on AI trends and guide internal/external support
• Collaborate with delivery teams to present consistent AI approaches
• Build and maintain advisory relationships with client stakeholders
• Promote Optiv AI offerings at events and in industry content
• Foster partnerships with technology vendors in AI domain
• Lead cross-organizational AI security solutions and roadmaps
• Travel and work with distributed teams as needed
