Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Principal AI Technical Architect (Remote) to lead the strategy and design of autonomous AI agents using AWS Bedrock. You will architect scalable, serverless AI solutions and drive conversations with senior leadership on the art of the possible with GenAI.

You will oversee deployment pipelines, evaluate Foundation Models, and ensure robust integration with enterprise data sources and APIs. This role requires strong communication skills and deep AI architecture experience.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills for autonomous AI agents and enterprise data integration.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise solutions at scale.
• Certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with senior leaders to define high-value autonomous AI use cases.
• Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions using Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases for RAG.
• Design orchestration and execution flows with AWS Lambda for agent interactions with external systems.
• Evaluate foundation models (Claude, Titan, Llama) via Bedrock based on cost, latency, and reasoning.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance using CloudWatch and Bedrock Guardrails.
