Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to design and productionize agentic AI systems using Bedrock and AgentCore, guiding customers and building scalable reusable assets.

This role splits roughly 50/50 between direct customer engagements and creating reference implementations, open-source tools, and technical content to accelerate adoption across regions. You'll collaborate with AI service teams, builders, and specialists to influence product roadmaps while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech domains such as software, cloud, systems, security, networking, data & analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience developing end-to-end technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level, with training, workshops, publications.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end agentic solutions, balancing model selection, orchestration, tooling, evaluation, guardrails, and cost.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, identifying opportunities and risks and leading adoption discussions.
• Build/open-source AI accelerators, reference implementations, and reusable frameworks for the community.
• Develop and deliver technical content such as workshops, samples, presentations, and white papers.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to translate feedback into requirements and resolve issues.
