Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to design and productionize agentic systems using Bedrock and AgentCore. You will split time between direct customer engagements and building reusable assets to scale impact, guiding teams through architecture, deployment, and security reviews.

You will also create reference implementations, open‑source tools, and technical content for the broader community.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
• Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end‑to‑end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
• Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences and at C‑level, including training, workshops, publications

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end agentic solutions for customers, balancing model selection, orchestration, tooling, guardrails, and latency/cost tradeoffs
• Act as trusted technical advisor, engaging with customer teams to identify opportunities and risks
• Build and contribute to open‑source AI accelerators, reference implementations, and reusable frameworks
• Develop technical content such as workshops, sample code, presentations, and white papers
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to translate feedback into clear technical requirements and drive adoption
