Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Principal AI Technical Architect (AWS Bedrock & Agentic AI) to drive innovation from remote locations in the United States. You will shepherd AI agent strategies, architect scalable, serverless systems, and guide executive-level discussions on the Art of the Possible with GenAI.

Key duties include leading workshops, designing RAG-enabled solutions, and ensuring robust deployment pipelines. Strong AWS Bedrock experience and RPA integration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience building autonomous AI agents with Bedrock.
• Strong foundation in prompt engineering for agents and context management.
• Architect experience bridging cloud AI with enterprise data and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with senior leaders to define AI use cases and ROI.
• Design scalable, serverless AI solutions using Bedrock agents and knowledge bases.
• Orchestrate interactions with external systems via Lambda and API Gateway.
• Evaluate Foundation Models and select based on cost, latency, and reasoning.
• Oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines for AI agents and monitor with CloudWatch.
