Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Solutions Architect to design and productionize agentic systems using Bedrock and AgentCore. The role balances direct customer engagements with building reusable assets that scale impact.

You will guide teams through hands‑on architecture, unblock adoption, and craft reference implementations, workshops and white papers for broad adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud, systems engineering, or data & analytics.
• Experience developing technology solutions and roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including at C-level, workshops and publications.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end agentic solutions for customers, balancing model choices, orchestration, tooling, evaluation, guardrails, and cost.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by diving into technical details with customer teams and guiding adoption.
• Build and contribute to open-source AI accelerators, reference implementations, and reusable frameworks for clients and the community.
