Job summary

The position involves analyzing Primavera schedules, developing Tableau dashboards, monitoring labor and budgets, and supporting baseline management. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years in data analysis and reporting with Tableau.
• Experience developing resource-loaded project schedules and baseline management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and resource-load Primavera project schedules.
• Monitor labor hours, budgets, and resource availability; conduct workload analysis.
• Develop and analyze Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor project performance.
• Produce Planned vs. Actual, labor charging, staffing, and schedule performance reports.
• Support RAM analysis, baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Identify risks and opportunities; present findings to stakeholders.
