ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time primary care physician to join the Center for Virtual Health in Newark, DE. This role operates on a primarily remote basis with only two onsite days every four weeks, collaborating with a large team to provide continuity of care through a hybrid virtual platform with in-person capability if needed.

The physician will join a multispecialty virtual practice serving thousands of patients, contributing to equitable high-quality care through cutting-edge digital

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine, Med Peds or Internal Medicine.
• Must be licensed in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care via a hybrid virtual and in-person platform.
• Collaborate with a large team of specialists, APPs, and medical staff to ensure continuous patient care.
• Deliver patient-first virtual health experiences using digital tools to enhance communication and outcomes.
• Support thousands of patients with complex care needs through a well-established virtual practice.
