Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join a fully virtual, flexible team. Work 15–20 hours weekly as an independent contractor across four days, with scheduling submitted a week in advance.

Qualifications

Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor–patient relationships.
Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
Prescribe medications; note QuickMD does not prescribe most controlled substances.
Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
