Qualifications

Active medical license in at least five U.S. states with willingness to obtain more.
Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
Able to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
Familiar with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.
Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
Prescribe medications and guide proper use; buprenorphine for OUD where allowed.
Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
