Job summary

Improve Health Clinics PLCC seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as the primary clinical provider at the West Alexander, PA onsite clinic serving Alliance Coal employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania license required and active at hire.
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary, acute, urgent and occupational health care to employees across two clinic sites.
• Perform phlebotomy and 12-lead EKG; interpret results.
• Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings.
• Coordinate referrals with physician support and maintain EHR documentation.
