The ideal candidate has 2+ years in primary care, openness to change, strong virtual presence, and comfort delivering care independently within a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of primary care experience required.
• Experience with behavioral health is a plus.
• Open-minded and flexible with change.
• Strong virtual presence and ability to deliver care remotely.

Responsibilities

• Rotating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Virtual management of acute and chronic primary care needs.
• No on-call requirements.
