You will work with Operations, IT, and Data Science to run pricing experiments, deliver actionable insights, and automate recurring processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or business field.
• 5+ years in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy roles with measurable impact.
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and explain drivers clearly.
• Action-oriented with ability to deliver under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Apply advanced analytics to diverse business scenarios and synthesize insights.
• Automate recurring processes for quicker data insights.
• Build ML and statistical models to forecast donor cost metrics.
• Forecast volume and cost efficiency; support weekly/monthly planning.
• Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and pilots.
• Partner with Data Science to operationalize models and validate performance.
