Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or an equivalent; strong academic record.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy with measurable business impact.
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and clearly explain underlying drivers.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply advanced analytics to diverse business scenarios, synthesizing information into executive-ready insights.
• Build ML and statistical models to understand donor patterns and forecast cost metrics.
• Develop forecasting models for weekly and monthly planning.
• Partner with Data Science to operationalize models and ensure scalability.
• Monitor market movement to inform pricing strategy decisions.
