Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Pricing & Quotation Manager to drive pricing strategies for the switchgear portfolio, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. This role focuses on moving from transactional quoting to data-driven pricing to improve win rates and margins.

The incumbent will lead pricing frameworks, guide high-value bids, and coach quoting teams, leveraging ERP SAP, Power BI, and Salesforce to deliver measurable profitability improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power distribution products, focusing on switchgears.
• Leadership in quoting, engineering or commercial roles for growth.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC).
• Able to interpret electrical drawings, BOMs, schematics, specs.
• Proficient with MS Office for analysis and reporting; ERP SAP experience.
• Familiar with Power BI and Salesforce; pricing tools & process improvements.
• Experience in project-based, custom-engineered environments is a plus.
• P.Eng. certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own margin expansion, cost management, and pricing strategy for switchgear.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align pricing with plans and objectives.
• Design and implement pricing frameworks to improve speed and accuracy.
• Use cost drivers and market data to optimize price realization.
• Coach quoting and estimation teams; establish standard work per RBS.
• Support high-value bids with strategic pricing guidance.
• Analyze margin performance, win/loss trends, and opportunities.
