Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications.
• Review supplier cost file submissions for accuracy.
• Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to PO ship date.
• Research and resolve PO claims and repayments with Accounts Payable for timely reconciliations.
• Educate internal colleagues and external suppliers on pricing functionality and cost file submissions.
• Maintain new item additions and attributes.
• Initiate root cause analysis on cost discrepancies and implement corrective action.
