Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a pricing and PO flow administrator to support the SMS platform for centralized costing and order processing. You will maintain supplier cost data across multiple applications and resolve inquiries to ensure on-time purchase orders.

Remote role with emphasis on accuracy, collaboration with Accounts Payable, and education of internal staff and suppliers on pricing workflows. Demonstrated experience in pricing systems (RME/AS240) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years business experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Supplier Earned Income Agreements is a plus.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Distribution processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications.

Job Summary:

Responsible for administration and maintenance of Sysco Merchandising and Supply Chain (“SMS”) centralized pricing and purchase order flow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications

• Implement and review Supplier cost file submissions for accuracy

• Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to purchase order ship date

• Research and resolve purchase order claims and repayment requests in collaboration with Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations

• Assist and educate internal Colleagues and external Suppliers with pricing functionality and cost file submissions

• Implement and maintain new item additions and attributes

• Initiate root cause analysis on repetitive cost discrepancies and implement corrective action

• Manually maintain accurate supplier records for publication and use by multiple departments

Education Required:

High School Diploma

Education Preferred:

Bachelor's or Associate degree
