Sysco Corp. is seeking a operations coordinator to maintain profitable value-added, wholesale and PRDC business with ongoing Sysco customers.

You will liaise with Sysco OpCo merchandisers and coordinate with value-added, operations, and distribution teams to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include keying orders, communicating cut-offs, distributing tickets to pullers, directing driver schedules, and handling weekly reporting.

Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of sales or operational distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and strong data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Keying in orders from each OpCo for value-added and distribution items.
• Communicate orders to departments in time for cut-off.
• Distribute pick tickets and load sheets to Sysco pullers after orders are in.
• Direct Sysco pullers for changes to orders, cross-dock info, driver schedules.
• Handle reporting requests, weekly and ad hoc.
• Maintain relationships with OpCo departments to ensure on-time loading.
• Develop relationships with produce managers, sales leadership, merchandising teams.
• Facilitate pricing of products from value-added and distribution and notify stakeholders weekly.
• Communicate any market issues.
