Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record
• 5+ years of analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy experience
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and explain drivers clearly
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics to diverse business scenarios and deliver executive-ready insights
• Automate recurring processes to accelerate insights
• Develop ML and statistical models to forecast donor patterns and costs
• Forecast volume and cost-efficiency metrics for weekly/monthly planning
• Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and optimization pilots
• Collaborate with Data Science to operationalize models and ensure scalability
