Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Chicago, IL, to deploy pricing strategies and enhance the contract pricing engine. The role focuses on maximizing load and lane yield, with data-driven solutions driven by seasonality and market dynamics.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales and Operations on RFPs, maintaining dashboards in Snowflake and Tableau, and driving process improvements in a hybrid work setting. A BS/BA in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing analysis or related quantitative role.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, seasonality, and lane-level dynamics to optimize yield.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize to support growth.
• Serve as primary contact between Sales and Operations on RFPs.
• Contribute to team performance to meet deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards and data integrity in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Ensure timely and accurate team communications.
• Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
