Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Price Transparency Coordinator to support the Operations and NSA/PTT teams remotely in the United States.

You will handle administrative tasks, calendar management, client communications, and data upkeep in the PDE/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare administration or customer support, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with HCPCS/CPT codes and CMS price transparency rules.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare providers or in the healthcare segment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or an administrative assistant role.
• General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes.
• Basic knowledge of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the CMS No Surprises Act.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings to optimize time.
• Address calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the AE and NSA/PTT teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and distribute minutes.
• Maintain PDE CRM and client access with accurate data; assist in data entry and reports.
• Assist in external client PTT audits and apply CMS price transparency knowledge.
