CorroHealth is seeking a Price Transparency Coordinator to support the Operations Team remotely. The role provides administrative, clerical and operational assistance to Account Executives and the NSA/PTT team, requiring proactive, organized, detail‑oriented individuals who can multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Must have Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word), healthcare admin background, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare or healthcare‑adjacent roles.
• 3 years in customer support or administrative assistance.
• General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT codes and Revenue Codes.
• Basic CMS Price Transparency and No Surprises Act knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to AE(s) and NSA/PTT teams.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and prepare materials.
• Take minutes, track action items and follow up as needed.
• Assist in updating PDE CRM data and client records.
• Support data entry and report generation as requested.
