Jobgether is seeking a seasoned maintenance program leader to own preventive maintenance standards and schedules for U.S. equipment. You will define scopes, frequencies, and acceptance criteria, while managing tiered PM offerings and renewal processes.

You will lead distributed field teams and partner networks, ensuring safety, quality, and SLA-aligned service delivery across diverse locations. Strong HVAC and data center experience are required.

Formación

• At least 8 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years in data center cooling or HVAC.
• Proven experience building and scaling preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to lead and coordinate distributed field teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own preventive maintenance standards, schedules, and documentation for equipment deployed across the U.S.
• Define maintenance scopes, service frequencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and manage tiered preventive maintenance offerings, contract delivery processes, and renewal strategies.
• Monitor PM compliance, document findings, and ensure required follow-up actions are completed.
• Lead U.S. preventive maintenance teams and approved service partners, maintaining consistent service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through field data analysis, performance trends, and operational feedback.
• Oversee service call workflows, including timely triage, dispatch coordination, and resolution in line with SLA expectations.
• Ensure PM records provide appropriate support for warranty compliance and claim defense.
• Identify early equipment failure trends and escalate relevant issues to Engineering.
