Qualifications

• Proficient in defining PM scopes, frequencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Adept at leading U.S. PM teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Experience in analyzing service call trends and driving preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own PM program leadership for ThermalWorks equipment in the U.S.
• Manage PM contract delivery and renewal performance.
• Oversee operational workflows for service requests and ensure SLA compliance.

Skills

Strong understanding of chillers

Leadership of field teams

Experience in HVAC and data center cooling

Education

15+ years in mission-critical HVAC, data center cooling or industrial maintenance
