Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist for an 11-month contract. This remote role audits data inputs, creates reports and dashboards, and serves as the main contact for wage compliance on renewable energy projects. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of wage compliance/payroll experience. Remote work with potential for coordination across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of wage compliance/payroll administration experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prevailing wage and apprenticeship data inputs from contractors.
• Verify data against project tax/finance criteria and contract exhibits.
• Create status reports and dashboards; communicate findings to management.
• Gather certified payrolls and related documents; act as main point of contact for compliance.
