Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Architect – Security Operations to guide SOC design including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR and incident response. The role blends presales engagements with internal enablement, building reference architectures and demos while evaluating new vendor partnerships.

You'll craft collateral, lead technical sessions, and drive revenue growth in the SecOps practice, with a strong focus on trusted advisor relationships across strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, SOC architecture, or security engineering roles.
• Hands-on design and implementation experience with SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR.
• Presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demonstrations and POCs focused on enterprise SOC solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions assessing clients’ security maturity.
• Translate SecOps concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Develop target-state SOC architectures and incident response workflows.
• Create internal collateral, reference architectures, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
