Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect – Platforms to serve as a customer-facing platform architecture expert. The role focuses on container, automation, and platform engineering initiatives with a holistic view of modern application platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and architecting cloud-native platforms.
Deep understanding of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices.
Strong documentation and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CIO/CTO, Platform Engineering, SRE and development teams to strengthen customer relationships.
Lead presales conversations, own technical strategy and opportunity lifecycle.
Design and sell platform and hybrid cloud solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
Understand SHI's services offerings and expand knowledge through training.
Educate sales teams on container, automation, platform architecture and hybrid cloud selling.
Stay current on technology trends and market landscape.
Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
Develop collateral, workshops, and materials for sales engagements.
Develop cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
