Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Remote Physical Auditor to join our Premium Services Audit team. You’ll conduct in-person and virtual premium audits with insured businesses to ensure accurate classification and reporting of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability exposures.

This remote role requires travel to audit sites up to one hour each way. Candidates must reside in or near San Luis Obispo, CA, have a high school diploma, 3–5 years of auditing experience, and proficiency with audit systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of auditing, accounting, insurance, or client-facing work.
• 1–2 years of independent field-based work preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with audit systems and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and explain findings clearly.
• A proactive, professional, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual audits with insured clients.
• Collect, organize, and verify documentation via portals, email, or calls.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports on time.
• Maintain clear communication with insureds and internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues impacting client satisfaction or carrier relations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality standards.
