Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Remote Physical Auditor to join our Premium Services Audit team. You will conduct in-person and virtual premium audits with insured businesses to ensure accurate classification and reporting of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability exposures.

You’ll gather data through onsite visits, interviews, and facility walkthroughs. We hire the best because our service is only as good as the people delivering it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in auditing, accounting, insurance, or a client-facing role preferred.
• 1–2 years of independent field-based work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with audit systems and tools; comfortable with video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual audits, including interviews and walkthroughs; travel up to one hour each way.
• Collect, organize, and verify documentation via portals, email, or calls/virtual meetings.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports meeting time service expectations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with insureds and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality standards and a respectful culture.
