Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Remote Physical Auditor to join our Premium Services Audit team. You will conduct in-person and virtual premium audits to ensure accurate classification and reporting of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability exposures.

You’ll gather data through onsite visits, interviews, and facility walkthroughs. The role emphasizes data integrity, timely report delivery, and professional communication with insureds and internal teams, with travel expectations up to one hour

Qualifications

• Reside in or near Fresno, CA.
• Ability to travel up to one hour each way to audit sites.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of auditing, accounting, insurance, or client‑facing experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of independent field-based work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with audit systems and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Nexus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Ability to analyze data, spot discrepancies, and explain findings clearly.
• Proactive, professional, and detail‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual audits with insured clients; travel up to one hour each way.
• Collect, organize, and verify documentation via secure portals, email, or calls/virtual meetings.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports meeting time service expectations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with insureds and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality standards and a positive workplace culture.
