Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Remote Physical Auditor to join our Premium Services Audit team. In this role, you’ll conduct in-person and virtual premium audits with insured businesses to ensure accurate classification and reporting of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability exposures.

You’ll gather data through onsite visits, interviews, and facility walkthroughs. We hire the best because our service is only as good as the people delivering it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, insurance, or client-facing roles.
• 1–2 years of independent field-based work experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with deadline discipline.
• Proficiency with audit systems and tools; comfortable using Zoom, Teams and Nexus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Ability to analyze data, spot discrepancies, and explain findings clearly.
• Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual audits with insured clients, including interviews and walkthroughs; travel up to one hour each way.
• Collect, organize, and verify documentation via secure portals, email, or follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports meeting service timelines.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with insureds and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting client satisfaction or carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality standards and a positive workplace culture.
