Allied Benefit Systems, LLC is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Chicago to handle the end-to-end group medical premium billing cycle. You will ensure rate accuracy, process invoices, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Billing, Eligibility, AP, AR, and Client Services teams.

The role emphasizes data validation, account setup, and adherence to internal controls while supporting remote work flexibility and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's coursework in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly premium billing processes in QicLink across multiple clients and lines of business.
• Generate and distribute invoices based on billing results and client requirements.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, including missing charges or incorrect amounts.
• Create and manage self-bill processes for applicable clients and services.
• Review billing outputs for accuracy, including rates, eligibility, and configurations.
• Set up new accounts and implement changes aligned with contracts and ops.
