Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the RCM cycle including authorizations and secondary billing.
• Experience with clearinghouse payer rejections and posting/coding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily medical billing activities to meet departmental demands.
• Prepare and send invoices; maintain and update patient accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with providers, patients, and insurers to ensure timely payment.
