Extreme Networks is seeking a Premier Success Manager to drive high-touch engagement for our most valued customers. You’ll own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, coordinating with Sales, GTAC, and Services to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship skills with technical acumen, delivering proactive guidance, training, and project management to maximize customer value and retention.

Formación

• Experience in managing strategic customer relationships and driving renewal revenue.
• Strong communication and collaboration across sales, engineering, and support teams.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and report on customer success activities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary advocate for Premier customers across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate post-sales activities with Sales, GTAC, Professional Services, Cloud Services and Support.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and on-site visits when required.
• Monitor customer health and coordinate proactive service delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.
