Qualifications

• Engineering/CM/architectural background or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading diverse teams in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Preconstruction Group with daily management and coordination.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit/evaluate bids.
• Set up and maintain the CMiC system.
• Define and create LNTPs and manage procurement coordination.
• Report cost forecasting and estimate cost at completion.
