Job summary

Rebus is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales team, leading hands-on demonstrations of The Rebus Platform for prospective and existing customers.

You will draw on hands-on warehouse operations experience and technical expertise to understand customers’ challenges and show, live, how Rebus solves them. You will translate operational problems into technical solutions and communicate them clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations, supply chain, or WMS/logistics technology.
• Experience in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, hands-on demonstrations of The Rebus Platform to customers, tailored to operations and goals.
• Develop and maintain expertise in platform features and practical applications.
• Partner with sales to evaluate technical fit and guide product-alignment decisions.
• Design, validate and document technical solutions for prospective customers.
• Collect feedback to influence roadmap, collaborating with engineering, product, and sales.
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes and respond to technical assessments.
