Job summary

Dotmatics is seeking a Field Application Scientist/Pre-Sales Engineer to deliver compelling technical messaging and product demonstrations to drive new business opportunities. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, and Services to understand use cases, workflows, and technical requirements, while supporting Proof-of-Concept projects and customer training initiatives.

You will lead demo cycles, build strategic relationships, and design technically sound proposals that align with client needs

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience presenting solutions and delivering software demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demo cycles, RFP responses, and technical engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and consultants to deepen partnerships.
• Architect and design solution proposals aligned to customer requirements.
