BioDot, part of ATS Corporation Life Sciences, seeks a Sales Manager, Discovery to drive revenue growth on the West Coast. You will win new customers, penetrate accounts, and position BioDot’s Discovery products to academic, pharma, and government labs.

This role is field-based, highly customer-facing, and quota-driven to exceed targets. The ideal candidate has life sciences sales experience, a strong consultative approach, and a passion for advancing biomedical research with capital equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).
• 3–7+ years of direct sales experience in the life sciences industry (reagents, instruments, diagnostics, services).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and experience selling into scientific or regulated environments.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Own new customer acquisition targeting net-new labs and research groups.
• Achieve or exceed individual revenue targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
• Present BioDot’s Discovery solutions and translate scientific concepts into customer value.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity.
