EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to lead RFP/RFI responses and design innovative testing solutions for enterprise clients. The role focuses on AI-driven testing, advanced test automation, and strategic go-to-market wins in a client-facing capacity.

You will partner with delivery, sales, and QA Center of Excellence leadership to create reusable assets and accelerators while staying ahead of trends in Quality Engineering and ML-driven testing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT Quality Engineering experience with 5–8 years in pre-sales, proposal, and client-facing advisory roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication for executive audiences.
• Hands-on background or architectural understanding of modern Test Automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response creation for complex RFPs/RFIs/SOWs focused on Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Develop compelling proposals, estimation models, and solution architectures.
• Lead technical discussions with C-level executives and procurement stakeholders.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations of Quality Engineering capabilities.
