• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Compassionate and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Needles, Litify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Communicate regularly with clients for case updates and guidance.
• Review police reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate case value.
• Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.

• Coordinate with medical providers regarding client treatment and billing.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the case management system.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently.

Purpose: We are seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the claims process. The Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement. This includes communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, evaluating liability and damages, and negotiating settlements that maximize client recovery.

This is an in-person position based in our Chattanooga or Knoxville office. Compensation for this position includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, performance-based discretionary bonus, and benefits.
