Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing.
• Experience handling personal injury cases.
• Proven track record of negotiating settlements and litigating cases.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
