Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers in Massachusetts is seeking a remote Associate Attorney with experience in pre-lit personal injury to join a close-knit, high performing team. The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US with a MA bar license.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with bonuses based on performance and origination fees. Benefits include 20 PTO days, company-paid health insurance, 401K, laptop, cell phone reimbursement, and no billable hour requirement.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and MA bar license in good standing.
• 1+ year of pre-lit personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategize on cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation).
• Attend court hearings.
• Communicate with clients about injuries/medical treatment and updates in case management software.
• Coordinate with medical providers, defense firms, and insurers.
• Attend mediations and arbitrations.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to a Case Manager.
